Full & Part Time Member Service Representative (Ronkonkoma Location)
Located: 4155 Veterans Memorial Highway Suite 7 Ronkonkoma, NY 11779
We are seeking a qualified candidate with primary responsibilities which will include processing deposits consisting of cash and checks; completing withdrawals, balancing cash drawer daily and transfer requests. Will need to perform well under pressure and work well independently as well as in group settings. We are looking for someone who is energetic and is also comfortable with public speaking in front of groups. Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service, cash handling experience, solid computer skills and ability to multi-task.
No nights or weekends. Our hours are: 9:00-4:00 PM
Sample Schedule: Monday to Friday (only)
8:45AM – 2:00 PM
11:00 AM – 4:15 PM
Pay Range $17.00-19.00 based on experience
Full & Part Time Loan Representative (Ronkonkoma Location)

As a Loan Representative, you will assist members with loan applications, guide them through the approval process, and provide personalized financial solutions. Responsibilities include reviewing credit reports, verifying documentation, processing loan requests, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a member-focused approach are essential to help members achieve their financial goals while supporting the credit union’s mission.. Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service, cash handling experience, solid computer skills and ability to multi-task.

Full & Part Time Collections Representative (Ronkonkoma Location)

As a Collections Representative, you will work with members to resolve past-due accounts in a professional and supportive manner. Responsibilities include contacting members regarding delinquent loans, setting up repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all communications. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while focusing on preserving positive member relationships. Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and attention to detail are key to helping members bring their accounts current and supporting the credit union’s financial health.
