How do I order new checks (share drafts)?

You can order new checks online from Harland Clarke, (https://www.ordermychecks.com/login_a.jsp) or by visiting or calling any NY TEAM FCU branch; send a secure message for call us at (516) 822-1070. 

Are my deposits insured?

Yes, your deposits are insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), an agency of the federal government.

How can I withdraw money from my account(s)?

You can withdraw funds in person at one of our three branches or shared branch locations. You can also use your Debit Card to make up to two monthly no-fee Checking Account withdrawals at thousands of ATMs in our network. Visit our website for our Shared Branch & ATM Locator.

How do I make deposits into my account(s)?

You can make deposits in person at any branch location, shared branch location, or through our APP with Remote Deposit Capture. You can also sign up for Direct Deposit or Payroll Deduction to have funds automatically deposited into your account(s).

Can my family member join NY TEAM FCU?

Yes, an immediate family member may join the Credit Union, regardless of where they live.

When you say JOIN, what does that mean?

To become a member of our credit union, you must open a savings account with a minimum deposit of $1 or more. This account establishes your membership and requires you always to maintain a balance of $1.00. Once you have opened the savings account, you can access and take advantage of our benefits.

How long do I need to wait to apply for a loan?

Once your account is open, you can immediately use all our loan services! You can easily apply for a loan through our app, or website by visiting one of our branches or calling us at 516-822-1070 option 3.
